Kuits Boosts Litigation Team With New Hires and Promotions

Manchester commercial law firm Kuits has further strengthened its litigation team by adding new team members and recognising talent and effort with a promotion.

The litigation team of highly experienced lawyers have an excellent reputation for resolving complex matters effectively including the handling of multipart cases with both national and international elements. The team also adds value to their clients by using their knowledge of how disputes occur to advise clients on how to avoid potential liability and exposure before problems arise.

Manisha Modasia recently joined the litigation team and deals with all aspects of commercial litigation with a particular interest in partnership, director and shareholder disputes. Manisha’s arrival follows the appointment of five new lawyers in 2021. Commenting on her appointment Manisha said; “Kuits is an excellent firm to work for and the welcome I have had so far has been fantastic. I am excited to be part of such a skilled team who are not only brilliant lawyers but also understand how businesses work and provide commercial legal advice to clients.”

Following Manisha’s appointment Francesca Geddes also joined Kuits’ litigation team as a Solicitor working on aspects of commercial litigation representing both individuals and companies actioning and defending litigation.

Furthermore, Kuits has strengthened the litigation team with the promotion of Rory Mather to Associate Solicitor. Rory deal with all types of commercial litigation but is particularly skilled in resolving contractual, property and unfair prejudice disputes.  Rory commented; “I am really proud to be part of such a great firm and I’m delighted to have had my efforts recognised by a promotion to Associate.”
