We are proud of announcing that Sevgi Ünsal Özden was promoted to Managing Associate, as of January 1, 2022. Sevgi Ünsal Özden, who received her bachelor degree in law from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2010 and pursuing her master degree program, works in Erdem & Erdem’s Izmir Office. She participates in handling of disputes and represents clients before Courts regarding especially in disputes arising from the areas such as labor law, social security law, law of obligations, commercial law as well as serving to local and foreign clients as consultant regarding their corporate daily matters. She provides legal consultancy and litigation services to her clients regarding regulation of the relations between employer and employees, preparation and termination of employment contracts and in all matters arising out of the labor law, and has also experience in legislation on personal data protection. Within this scope, she takes part actively on issues such as determining responsibilities of the clients pursuant to the legislation, increasing their awareness, identifying the needs of the company and ensuring the compliance with the legislation.
