Doster is an experienced intellectual property attorney and is a licensed patent attorney before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. His practice covers all areas of intellectual property law. His experience includes patent, trademark, trade secret litigation, as well as trademark prosecution.
“It’s not every day, that we can say that we have a prior research assistant in nuclear physics that has joined the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Doster practiced intellectual property litigation and prosecution in both Houston, Texas and Miami, Florida.

Licensed to practice in Florida and Texas, Doster graduated from the Vanderbilt University Law School after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Michigan State University and a dual bachelor’s degree in Physics and Applied & Computational Mathematics at Florida State University.
