von Briesen & Roper, s.c., today announced the promotion of Attorney Aaron J. Foley and Attorney Christopher T. Koehnke to Shareholders of the firm. Aaron J. Foley is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Section. He focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law, real estate and adult guardianship.
Foley is a volunteer guardian through the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee’s GAIN project. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association. Foley received a J.D. from Marquette University and a B.A., cum laude, from Creighton University. He resides in Germantown.
Christopher T. Koehnke is a member of the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Section. He focuses his practice on business litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, Chapter 128 receiverships and business restructurings.
Koehnke is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association. Koehnke received a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He resides in Milwaukee.
