Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is pleased to announce the Firm has been named a 2021 National Standard Top Workplace by The Dallas Morning News. This is the eighth consecutive year The Dallas Morning News has recognized Munsch Hardt for workplace excellence.
In its 13th year, the award celebrates businesses that are operating at the top of their game and making North Texas a better place to work. The National Standard Top Workplace recognition indicates a company has exceeded the benchmarks set for being considered among The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places To Work. Being recognized in this category, as one of only 50 other companies, highlights the internal satisfaction of Munsch Hardt’s mission, execution, workplace conditions, managerial style and level of work/life balance.
“It’s truly an honor for our Firm to be recognized and rewarded for creating a diverse and positive corporate culture. Regardless of responsibility or experience, all of our employees strive to put the interests of the Firm’s clients and their colleagues ahead of their own,” said Phil Appenzeller, CEO of Munsch Hardt. “I believe the recognition that comes with this ranking is a true reflection of our workplace culture and values. Whether it’s creating fun, lighthearted experiences that build relationships or being there in an employee’s time of need, Munsch Hardt maintains a culture that is more like a family than a corporation.”
More than 3,800 local companies were nominated and more than 144,000 employees were surveyed this year – an all-time record. The surveys, managed by third-party Energage, annually request confidential evaluations from local North Texas companies with a minimum of 50 employees on a variety of categories, including workplace respect, sense of mission, company direction and leadership, as well as the reward of tangible benefits. Winners were honored during a virtual reception on Nov. 17, 2021.
