Osborn Maledon, P.A. has announced two litigators as new partners— Hayleigh Crawford and Phillip Londen.
A former law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Crawford focuses on civil appeals and complex civil litigation in state and federal court. Her practice includes both direct representation and appellate consulting. She is the Chair-Elect of the Executive Council for the State Bar of Arizona’s Appellate Practice Section and a regular contributor to the Arizona appeals content for Practical Law, as well as the firm appeals blog, AZAPP. Outside of the office, Crawford serves on the Board of the Florence Immigrant & Refugee Rights Project and as a member of the Camelback East Village Planning Committee for the City of Phoenix.
Londen is a trial attorney with a complex civil litigation practice. His practice ranges from Indian Law cases involving federal reserved water rights to more traditional complex commercial litigation cases, such as intellectual property litigation and eminent domain cases. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Andrew D. Hurwitz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable David G. Campbell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Before law school, Londen worked as a paralegal and spent a year as a volunteer English teacher in Hunan Province, China.
