Ryan Swanson named Bryan C. Graff as Managing Director and as a member of the Executive Committee. Graff will serve as Ryan Swanson’s twelfth Managing Director in the firm’s 124 year history.
Graff, who will also continue to serve as Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Group, has broad litigation experience, including insurance coverage and regulatory matters, employment, real estate, franchise, intellectual property, and other complex commercial cases.
“For many years, Ryan Swanson has assisted its clients through transactions, litigation, and other matters of virtually every scale and level of sophistication, while continuing to offer responsive and personalized advice catered to their specific legal needs. I look forward to building upon that history, and working to enhance what has made Ryan Swanson both great to work with, and great to work for,” said Graff after being elected to the Managing Director position. “It will be an honor to assist in management of the firm, in conjunction with our very talented collection of practice group leaders, as we approach Ryan Swanson’s 125th anniversary next year and continue to deliver superior legal service.”
Graff joined Ryan Swanson in 2006 after practicing law in Atlanta, Georgia. He earned his bachelor of arts from The Colorado College and his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law.
