Meredith brings a broad range of experience to her representation of clients in the areas of commercial real estate and general corporate, contract, and financing matters. She services large and small corporate clients, including national office tenants, broadcasting companies, and manufacturers, as well as local businesses, in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of office properties. Meredith received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, and she is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
Breana advises clients in the areas of business services, commercial real estate, and nonprofit organizations. Breana works with clients on all aspects of their business planning, including entity formations, financing, buying and selling, and succession planning. She also works with companies on contractual matters and real estate transactions. Breana received her J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law, and she is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
Patrick provides counsel to jointly administered, employee benefit funds, advising clients on the practical impact that federal laws and regulations have on their day-to-day operations so that they can meet their fiduciary duties. Patrick received his J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law, and he is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
