Ijdelea Mihailescu has successfully advised the Belgian group United Petfood in the acquisition of a 150,000 sqm land area in the proximity of Bucharest, to serve the expansion of the company's production and logistic facilities in Romania and the region.
The assistance comprised all the stages of the transaction, from the due diligence exercise to regulatory matters of relevance for the future development and to the negotiation and drafting of the related contracts’ package.
