Kuits Successfully Retains The Law Society’s Stamp of Conveyancing Quality

Manchester commercial law firm Kuits has maintained The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) endorsement, for the ninth year in a row.

CQS is a national quality standard for residential conveyancing practices that are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority across the UK.

The scheme requires practices to undergo a strict assessment, compulsory training, self-reporting, random audits and annual reviews in order to maintain CQS status.

Kuits’ Residential Property department has been successful once again in achieving the certification, which recognised the team’s best practice in conveyancing and client service.

Tony Hardy, Head of Residential Property at Kuits, said: “It’s fantastic to have our team recognised for its efforts again by achieving the CQS accreditation for the ninth time. It reassures our clients that they have chosen a residential conveyancing partner with the expertise needed to provide a first-class service.

“For the majority of people, buying and selling their home is one of the most important transactions that they will make in their lives, and this certificate reflects our commitment to ensuring our clients fully understand the conveyancing process from start to finish.”

The Law Society is the professional association that represents and governs lawyers across England and Wales. For more information on the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme visit www.lawsociety.org.uk/cqs
