Laura Windsor Named to 2021 Class of ‘Influential Women of Law’ by Virginia Lawyers Weekly
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Laura D. Windsor has been named to the 2021 class of “Influential Women of Law” by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. The award program honors women attorneys and judges for their work on behalf of clients, their commitment to their communities and their service to the profession. The honorees will be celebrated during an online recognition program that will be broadcast July 20 on YouTube.
Laura is the chair of Williams Mullen's Labor, Employment and Immigration Section and co-chair of the Trade Secrets, Employee Mobility and Restrictive Covenants Practice. She has 20 years of experience defending businesses in employment and employee benefits litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country.
Laura is highly active in her community and currently sits on the board of directors and executive committee of the Richmond SPCA. She also is an adjunct professor of law at the William & Mary Law School, where she teaches a course on Employment Discrimination Law.
Laura is a graduate of Georgia State University School of Law, where she earned her J.D., cum laude. She is a 1993 graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned her B.A. in Russian and East European Studies.
