Christopher Simpson, whose practice focuses on bankruptcy, financial restructuring and distressed transactions, recently joined Osborn Maledon.
With a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) to complement his legal experience, Simpson brings a practical business approach to workouts and bankruptcy matters, expanding the firm’s bankruptcy practice. He has routinely reorganized companies in Chapter 11, allowing those companies to emerge as healthy enterprises.
Simpson previously was a partner at Stinson LLP and also was a partner at Osborn Maledon from 1999-2004. He serves as a Chapter 11 Subchapter V Trustee for the District of Arizona and has served as a court-appointed mediator in bankruptcy proceedings.
He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Law, his MBA from the UofA College of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Northern Arizona University.
