Osborn Maledon’s Oscar Lopez has been selected to the 2021 class of Pathfinders, a national career development program sponsored by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).
Lopez’s practice provides legal solutions for complicated business needs, working on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and technology-related matters for clients. He was recognized by both the "Phoenix Business Journal as a "NextGen Leader” and by Best Lawyers on their "Ones to Watch" list. Lopez is a member of the Greater Phoenix Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic National Bar Association and the National LGBT Bar Association. He also serves as the general counsel and secretary of The Open Table, an Arizona nonprofit.
LCLD is in its tenth year of working to increase diversity at the leadership levels of the nation’s law firms and corporate legal departments. Its Pathfinder Program is designed to train lawyers in critical career-development strategies. The seven-month program includes an extended series of virtual advice and networking events hosted by LCLD alumni, as well as live, virtual follow-up sessions.
