Martin Pringle is pleased to announce that three Martin Pringle Attorneys, Ashlyn Lindskog, Robert Moody and Michelle Moe Witte have been elected partner, effective January 1, 2021. Additionally, Samuel Heaney has been promoted to Senior Attorney.
Ashlyn Lindskog joined Martin Pringle's Wichita Office in 2015 after spending two years clerking for the firm. She focuses her practice on employment law, municipal law, business law, real estate law, and civil and commercial litigation matters. Professionally, Ashlyn is a member of DRI, the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, and the Kansas and Wichita Bar Associations. Additionally, she serves her community as a member of the Dress of Success Board of Directors and is on the Susan B. Allen Foundation Board of Directors in her hometown of El Dorado, KS. Ashlyn was recently named as One to Watch by Best Lawyers in America.
Robert Moody joined Martin Pringle's Wichita Office in 2014. After graduating from Wichita State University’s legal assistant program, Robert began working as a legal assistant in a small and bustling general litigation firm in Wichita, Kansas. Seven years later, Robert applied for a position in the clerk’s office of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. After three years in the clerk’s office, Robert accepted a position as the courtroom deputy for the Honorable Monti Belot, United States District Court Judge. Robert’s experiences in these positions stimulated his keen intellect and inspired him to attend law school. Robert’s practice focuses on general civil & commercial litigation, insurance defense, DUI defense, as well as divorce and family law. He is a member of many professional and civic organizations, including Urban Professionals of Wichita, Real Men Real Heroes, Community Operations Recovery Empowerment, the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute.
Michelle Moe Witte joined Martin Pringle's Wichita Office in 2018, after working in private practice for 12 years. Michelle focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, including employment law matters. A self-proclaimed music theatre junkie, Michelle serves as the Past President of the Music Theatre Wichita Board of Directors. She is also an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Kansas Women Attorneys Association, and the Wichita Bar Association. Additionally, Michelle has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2010, by Best Lawyers in America since 2016 and by Chambers & Partners in Employment Discrimination Defense since 2011.
Sam Heaney joined Martin Pringle's Overland Park Office in 2014 after clerking for the firm for two years. Sam practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, insurance defense, and creditor's rights, including the representation of nursing and senior care facilities.
