Lis Boyce joined national law firm, Piper Alderman as a corporate partner specialising in the health and life sciences sector in Sydney on Monday, 1 February 2021.
Lis has a long-standing reputation as one of Australia’s leading health & life sciences lawyers, advising clients from start-up and spin-out to IPO and life as a listed company. She also advises local subsidiaries of international life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing and logistics companies, and works closely with a number of not-for-profit organisations on their governance and strategic projects.

Lis is ranked by Chambers & Partners Asia-Pacific for Life Sciences in Australia, recognised by Best Lawyers in Australia for Life Sciences and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Company Directors’ Course.
