Ioana Criste takes a step forward, being promoted to Senior Associate. Ioana’s promotion comes as a recognition of her professional evolution, dedication, and valuable contribution to the development of the firm’s Real Estate & Construction, Corporate and Data Protection practices.

Siranuș has more than 10 years’ experience in the legal field, having developed her qualifications while working with two top-tier law firms. Siranuș specializes in Corporate Law, Real Estate, Construction Law and Project Finance, being involved in all the stages of various complex projects, from legal due diligence to the structuring, negotiation and conclusion of transaction documents.

Vlad has more than 14 years’ experience as a business lawyer and, similarly to Siranuș, has developed his legal career with reputable top-tier law firms. Vlad specializes in M&A and Energy & Natural Resources, his expertise covering a broad range of activities, including regulatory and compliance matters, domestic and cross-border reorganizations, assets divestments and acquisitions, mergers and spin-offs, share deal and asset deal transactions, securing projects financing as well as equity financing for the purchasing and development of projects in the energy sector, etc.
