Ayr, who joined the firm in 2017, practices in the firm’s Business & Corporate, Emerging Growth, and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. He represents the entrepreneur community and regularly helps companies form, organize the relationships among the founders, obtain registrations for company branding, and take on early-stage financing.
