Sixth long-term certificates (certificados bursátiles) issuance in the Mexican Stock Exchange, under a program established in 2017 (for which the firm also acted as legal counsel), where all principal and interest payments are guaranteed by certain consolidated subsidiaries of Vinte.
In connection with the use of proceeds derived from the issuance, Vinte obtained a Second-Party Opinion on the alignment of Vinte’s Sustainability Bond Framework with the Sustainable Bond Guidelines 2017 (administered by the International Capital Market Association), from Sustainalytics US Inc, and was rated XB1+ by HR Ratings.
The transaction was rated A+ by HR Ratings and Verum. Santander and Actinver acted as Placement Agents, and CIBanco acted as Common Representative of the bondholders.
KSA acted as legal advisor to Vinte (Issuer) and its subsidiaries in the structuring and implementation of the issuance.
Innovative Features: Vinte’s fourth Sustainability Bond issuance, and first Sustainability Bond issuance of the housing industry in Latin America aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations Development Programme.
