Second issuance of long-term notes (certificados bursátiles de largo plazo), from a five-year, MXN$7 billion program (for which the firm also acted as legal counsel), in the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V.
The transaction was rated “AA+” by Fitch, “AA” by HR Ratings and “AA” by Verum. Actinver and Scotiabank acted as Placement Agents. Monex acted as Common Representative of the noteholders.
