SW advised BoomBit on its sale of a part of its shareholding in SuperScale, to a British venture capital fund, Level-Up. The share capital of SuperScale was also increased. As a result of this transaction, BoomBit’s stake in SuperScale was reduced to 20.4%.
Level-Up will provide SuperScale with financing in relation to its future development plans, particularly, in the United States. The transaction will also enable the SuperScale to access mobile game producers and publishers around the world. SuperScale will also benefit from the synergies between it and the other companies in the Level-Up portfolio.
Our deal team advising Boombit on this transaction included Szymon Okoń, Tomasz Kwaśniewski, Dawid Brudzisz, Dawid D. Malinowski, and Damian Staszewski. Congratulations to the whole team!
