Third issuance of notes (certificados bursátiles bancarios), from a five-year, MXN$7.5 billion program (for which the firm also acted as legal counsel), in the Bolsa Institucional de Valores, S.A. de C.V. or BIVA (new Mexican stock exchange).
The transaction was rated “A-” by Fitch and “A” by HR Ratings. Bursamétrica acted as Placement Agent. Monex acts as Common Representative of the noteholders.
Kuri Breña acted as counsel in the implementation of the issuance.
