Kroger Gardis & Regas, LLP is pleased to announce that Séamus Boyce has joined the firm as Partner and leader of the Education Law Practice.
"My primary objective is to provide effective and efficient counsel to education leaders, as I have done for the last fourteen years."
Séamus advises his client's on day-to-day issues as well as matters of public policy, as he navigates clients through the Indiana Statehouse. Séamus will lead the firm's Education Practice Group and work closely with the firm's established Government Practice Group."
Séamus regularly serves as general counsel for public, charter, and private school organizations, assisting educators for pre-k, k12, and postsecondary students. He tailors his services to best address client needs, providing specialized services as needed and working with preferred service providers to offer advice as conflict counsel and consultations for internal investigations.
Prior to joining Kroger Gardis & Regas, Séamus practiced law at Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim. Séamus attended the University of New Hampshire School of Law where he concurrently earned both a law degree and master's degree in education law.
