Senior Litigation Attorney Joins Von Briesen & Roper, s.c. 

Milwaukee, WI, June 15, 2009 – Randall D. Crocker, President and CEO of von Briesen & Roper, s.c., today announced that Mark F. Foley, formerly a senior litigation partner in the Milwaukee office of Foley & Lardner LLP, has joined the firm as a Shareholder. Foley will continue to focus his practice on commercial and business litigation.

Throughout his 28-year career, Foley has successfully represented clients in complex and significant litigation in diverse practice areas including banking, bankruptcy, information technology, unfair competition, product recalls, products liability, and commercial, labor and contract disputes. Foley also counsels multinational organizations in domestic and international data privacy and security compliance, data breach incident response, and computer forensic matters.

Foley earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan in 1981 and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Yale University in 1975. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional.

He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the American Bar Association Intellectual Property and Bankruptcy Sections, the FBI’s InfraGard, ITechLaw, CAUCUS, and the Defense Research Institute. Foley resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
