Herrick, Feinstein LLP announced today that Sean E. O’Donnell has been named co-chair of the firm’s Finance Litigation & Restructuring Group.
Mr. O’Donnell focuses his practice area on complex commercial litigation, with a concentration in finance, restructuring and real estate related litigations, including valuation disputes, corporate raiding claims, mergers and acquisitions, purchase price adjustments and other corporate and capital markets related disputes.
