Ben B. Floyd
Ben is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and has served two terms as a member of the firm’s Compensation Committee. Ben has practiced law for over 30 years and has represented creditors, creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, trustees and foreign representatives, as well as individual, partnership and corporate debtors. He has served as receiver, trustee and examiner in liquidation and reorganization cases under both the Bankruptcy Act and the Bankruptcy Code. He has appeared in cases throughout the United States and its territories and has an active international practice in cross-border insolvency matters. Ben received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and his Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University.
Stewart Hoffer
Stewart is a commercial litigator and employment lawyer. He has appeared as counsel for numerous publicly traded and privately held companies in many different industries in courts not only in his home state of Texas, but also in Florida, New Mexico, Nevada, Maine, Michigan, Nebraska and New York. Stewart received his Juris Doctor, graduating with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law and he received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mary W. Koks
Mary is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy and has a Master of Law in Natural Resources, Energy and the Environment with more than 26 years of experience in a practice that is focused on environmental compliance and litigation. Mary received her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, her Master of Arts in Government and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
Lynn Chuang Kramer
Lynn represents clients in bankruptcy, business reorganization and commercial litigation matters. She has confirmed a Chapter 11 liquidating plan, been involved in highly contentious adversaries and participated in the prosecution and defense of preference and fraudulent transfer cases. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Lynn worked at a Houston, Texas based firm and served as the law clerk to the Honorable Leif M. Clark, the United States Bankruptcy Judge of the Western District of Texas. During her clerkship, she dealt with both domestic and cross-border insolvency matters. Lynn received her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Texas International Law Journal and her Bachelor of Arts from Rice University.
Randall A. Rios
Randall has represented debtors, creditors, creditors' committees, landlords, investors and asset purchasers, as well as trustees in numerous reorganization and liquidation bankruptcy cases. He has also represented the legal representative for future claimants and numerous asbestos claimants in certain mass tort bankruptcy cases. Throughout his career, Randall has been involved in reorganization proceedings involving businesses in a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, chemical, retail, health care, finance and manufacturing. He has also prosecuted and defended bankruptcy litigation and various types of bankruptcy related commercial litigation matters, including appeals. Randy received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, where he served as the Associate Managing Editor of the South Texas Law Review. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
Fred Wahrlich
Fred has represented individuals and businesses for more than 20 years in a wide variety of litigation matters before both state and federal courts, as well as having served as Assistant General Counsel to an independent oil and gas company. Fred received his Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law, where he served Associate Editor in Chief of the South Texas Law Review, was inducted into the Order of Lytae and Order of Barristers, and was the Executive Director for the South Board of Advocates. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts, graduating with high honors, from American Technical Institute.
