In line with the growth of the firm, Peregrine Coporate Services rebranded in September, updating the company logo and revitalising their website to give it a fresh, modern look.
In addition, the firm has greatly expanded their presence on social media and regular articles on topics affecting the offshore business world have proven very popular. In case you have missed them, each article is available via the firm's website.
By way of example, this newsletter looks at:
- The Taxation of UK Residential Property
- Changes to UK Non-Domicile Status
- Base Erosion and Profit Shifting
- Isle of Man Foundations
2015 also saw some changes to the board of Peregrine. Stuart, Basil and James welcomed Nick Kelly to the board on 1 May. Nick has been with the company for eight years and has proven to be a very valuable addition to the team. Craig, Maurice and David remain involved in the business on an advisory basis and their clients should not experience any change to their existing relationships.
We have also seen expansion within the Peregrine client services team over the last six months which allows the firm to continue providing their clients with the highest standard of service.
From an international perspective, Peregrine has been present at numerous conferences and events around the world throughout the year, visiting China, South Africa, London and Ghana to name a few.
Peregrine looks forward to continuing to work together for a prosperous 2016.
