LBB & Associates Ltd., LLP (Houston, Texas, USA - TIAG) received a referral from Felipe Pestana of Grupo Planus (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - TIAG) concerning a Norwegian client of theirs, who was acquiring an oil-field service company in the Houston, Texas area. Pete Nelson of LBB observed how his firm's relationship with the purchaser evolved quickly based on their prior experience with Mr. Pestana and their knowledge that LBB was also a member of TIAG.
