This session is part of SWA’s new initiative aimed at helping members embrace diversity and strengthen their commitment to fostering inclusive cultures within their businesses. During this webinar, we will explore the key concepts of DE&I, discuss the legal aspects, and provide actionable steps that businesses can take in 2025 and beyond to ensure a welcoming environment for all employees.
The webinar will be chaired by Ylva Haglund, Head of Sustainability & Engagement at the SWA, with the practical legal update being provided by Jamie Meechan, Senior Associate at Burness Paull.
