In this online session, Blake Morgan’s Privy Council Appeals team will discuss the new JCPC Rules which came into force in early December 2024 alongside a new online case management Portal for all new appeals, and how they affect you.
The webinar is aimed at attorneys at all levels in law firms in all offshore/Privy Council appeal jurisdictions including Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Gibraltar, Grenada, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Mauritius, St Kitts & Nevis, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago and Turks & Caicos.
