Alexandre Gachet started his career in the audit department of BDO Visura, in Lausanne. After having successfully completed his bar exam in Alexandre Gachet started his career in the audit department of BDO Visura, in Lausanne. After having successfully completed his bar exam in the canton of Vaud, Alexander Gachet spent one year in Los Angeles, as a visiting attorney with the large business law firm O'Melveny & Myers LLP, mainly in the transactions' department. In January 2012, Alexandre Gachet came back to work with Carrard & Associés where he focused on commercial law (corporate law, financing / investment transaction, M & A, licensing and contractual law) and banking law. Alexandre Gachet also acts as Head of Legal at Carrard Consulting SA, which is the appointed liquidator of Banque Privée Espirito Santo SA in liquidation.
