Fabiana is an attorney at the Intellectual Property, Fair Trade, and Litigation & Arbitration Departments. She began working for the law firm in 2011.
Education
She received her LL. B. from the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1989. She also earned a Master in Negotiation and Strategy degree (Universidad Argentina de la Empresa) and took a Postgraduate Course in “Trademark Law” at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Postgraduate Course in “Intellectual Property Contracts” at the Universidad Austral.
Academic Activities
For more than 20 years she has been a professor of Intellectual Property Law at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) and a visiting professor of the Master in Business Law (MADE) at said University. She was a professor in the postgraduate course in Copyrights at the Universidad del Salvador.
In 2002, she lectured at the Conference of the Argentine Multimedia Association about “Liability of Internet Providers”, and was a speaker at the Orientation Course on Trademarks and Trade Names for candidates for the Registry of Intellectual Property Agents given at the Trademarks Office of the Argentine Institute of Intellectual Property.
She has participated in several intellectual property seminars and congresses both in Argentina and abroad.
