Donna is a highly motivated, accomplished and goal-driven attorney with a comprehensive background in litigation and insurance coverage and defense, with a strong proficiency in overseeing all aspects, from intake to the trial and appellate processes. For more than 28 years, Donna’s practice has focused primarily on insurance coverage claims of all types and the defense of personal injury and commercial claims.

During her career, Donna has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, with expertise in overseeing all aspects of a law firm’s business development and human resources functions. She also has excellent interpersonal skills, with proficiency in cultivating strong business relationships with clients and serving as a seminar speaker on insurance and litigation topics. She has a career track record of success, complemented by a demonstrated capacity in implementing process improvement and business development strategies. 

Donna is a 1987 graduate of the University of Houston, School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of The Advocates, where she was frequently a top member on their mock trial and moot court teams. In 1986 and 1987, she was named to the Who's Who Among American Law Students.
