Alejandro advises local and foreign clients in Constitutional and Administrative Law, and various aspects of the partnerships and tax Law. He has extensive experience in advising foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, and has been an advisor to venture capital firms.
He has been the principal lawyer in various legal proceedings in matters relating to Public Law.
Alejandro has helped improve law education in the country as a law professor at several universities, a lecturer at seminars and conferences and as a law researcher. He is the author of more than twenty articles on Constitutional Law and the Administrative Procedure. In addition, he has served on various Board of banks, industries, and the chamber of commerce and industry. He graduated in law from the University of Central America Autómona (Universidad Autónoma de Centro América) (1983) and has a Masters and Doctorate from the University of Bordeaux in Public Law (Universidad de Burdeos) (1986).
