Salman Bhura is a partner at Harper Grey LLP with a practice focused on complex business and real estate disputes. He also practices in the area of insolvency and restructuring and regularly acts for chartered banks and trust companies. He is chair of the firm’s Insolvency & Restructuring and Real Estate Law practice groups. His clients range from individuals and small businesses to multinational corporations and large financial institutions. His focus is both on advising clients on risk management strategies and on negotiation of effective resolution to business disputes. He frequently represents clients involved in cross-border commercial disputes. He has represented clients in many mediations and has appeared before all levels of courts in British Columbia.

Represented a financial institution in a series of claims including allegations of negligence, an order for rescission, tort of deceit, allegations of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty
Acted for a liquidating trust in a cross-border matter related to Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in the U.S.
