Roberta Christensen is the Chair of Koley Jessen’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and a leader of the Firm’s Commercial and Technology Agreements Practice Area.
Ms. Christensen leads individual attorneys and teams within the Firm’s Commercial and Technology Agreements Practice Area in the performance of contract drafting, review and negotiation services. She focuses in particular on supply, manufacturing, distribution and reseller agreements, as they frequently require that intellectual property concerns be addressed. A former CPA, Ms. Christensen also advises clients with respect to sales tax and other tax implications associated with their business transactions. She enjoys training on a group and individualized basis so as to give clients the tools they need to identify issues and conduct effective negotiations. Ms. Christensen frequently serves in the role of an outsourced “general counsel” to clients in reviewing, advising upon and negotiating commercial and technology agreements.
