As a member of the Business Law Team, Marc’s practice is primarily focused around commercial financing and commercial real estate.
Marc has extensive experience in assisting major lending institutions with respect to the financing of real estate and general industry development. He has also acted for vendors and purchasers with respect to transactions involving the purchase and sale of commercial real estate. In addition, Marc has experience working with both small and large businesses on contract and leasing matters, the purchase and sale of businesses, and general corporate transactions.
Marc is an amateur long-distance runner, having completed over 20 full marathons including the New York City Marathon in 2010 and more recently, the Boston Marathon in 2017. When not running around the streets and parks of Dartmouth, Marc runs around his house with his wife chasing their young sons.
