Bill's practice has a primary focus on assisting clients in their efforts to avoid employment related disputes and defending against wrongful discharge and discrimination claims. Bill has worked with employers in all phases of the traditional labor area, with significant experience counseling management in union organizing efforts, collective bargaining negotiations, contract and strike management, and all other issues involving the labor management relationship. He also works with companies and individuals on executive employment agreements, confidentiality agreements and non-compete agreements.
Bill has over 25 years of experience as a trusted advisor to clients in a wide array of industries and businesses, ranging from technology to services and consumer product providers, manufacturing to healthcare, and nonprofit civic and charitable entities to finance and investment organizations. He has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1995.
