He represents secured creditors, agricultural creditors and creditors’ committees in transactions and proceedings throughout the United States. Mr. Kennedy is a frequent author on bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Kennedy has represented agricultural companies in the acquisition and sale of production and storage facilities in Indiana, and the acquisition and sale of production acreage. He represents input suppliers and lenders in both the documentation of transactions secured by farm products (including livestock and dairy operations), and the enforcement of those agreements. His representations have included working with secondary markets for agricultural debt, as well as with FHA and FSA offices throughout Indiana.
