He has represented developers, investors and investment funds in connection with the sales, acquisitions, financing and related transactions of vacant land, shopping centers, apartment complexes and distressed properties as well as many other various real estate projects throughout Florida. Barry also has extensive experience representing developers and lending institutions in every aspect of developing and financing condominiums (residential, commercial and mixed use), PUDs and residential communities. He also represents banks in matters regarding consumer lending litigation and creditors' rights enforcement. Additionally, Barry has considerable experience in handling loan modifications, workouts, restructurings and foreclosures, as well as representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations.
Barry also has substantial experience in representing individuals and entities, including condominium and homeowner associations, in all aspects of their commercial litigation matters, including, but not limited to, construction defect cases and complex contractual disputes.
