He graduated law studies from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and from the postgraduate studies on law of the European Union, the Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University.
Tomasz is a senior associate at Spaczynski, Szczepaniak i Wspólnicy Law Firm. Between 2002 and 2008, he gained experience in the Tax Department of Price waterhouseCoopers. Prior to joining the firm, between 2008 and 2009, he was a member of the Financial Institutions team of Deloitte Doradztwo Podatkowe.
Tomasz has broad experience in tax advisory to Polish entities and foreign investors. He specializes in developing and implementing tax planning structures, which take advantage of international tax planning, partnerships, investment funds and foundations. He has expertise in transforming and restructuring capital groups, taxation of derivatives and tax litigation. He has participated in and supervised numerous tax audits and tax due diligence projects.
He has participated in domestic and international tax seminars and conferences has worked as a facilitator of tax workshops and trainings.
