Bram Rothuizen graduated from the Radboud University in Nijmegen in commercial and economical law in 2008 and wrote his thesis on a labour law subject. He joined Rassers in September 2008, where he first worked in the corporate law section for approximately one year and subsequently switched to the labour law section. Within this practice group, he handles cases involving labour law in the broadest sense, specialising in noncompetition clauses, non-solicitation clauses and transfer of undertaking. To a lesser extent Bram also handles general civil cases (Book 3, 6, and 7of the Dutch Civil Code).
