Simone Oosterbeek graduated in company law and civil law from the University of Leiden in 1991. Following her graduation, she worked as an advisor on company law for an internationally oriented firm in Rotterdam and specialised in labour law. Simone spent the next three years as a lawyer in Rotterdam, practising labour law. In August 2007 she joined the labour law practice of Rassers. Within this practice, she specializes in advising on reorganisations (from strategy to implementation and supervision), dismissal law and co-determination law. She is a member of the Dutch Employment Law Association. In addition to completing the vocational training of the Netherlands Bar Association, she also completed the vocational training for in-house lawyers.
