Koenig, Amy L.
For over 35 years, Amy has been a strategic partner and advisor to her clients. She works closely with her clients to understand their business objectives and challenges and advocates tirelessly on their behalf to achieve their goals.
Amy concentrates her practice on commercial real estate and related matters with an emphasis on leasing, construction, acquisitions, and sales. Her practice is national in scope and includes representation of public and private corporations, religious corporations, national retail tenants, and individuals in connection with the leasing, acquisition, disposition, development, and construction of retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, hotel, residential, and church properties.
While Amy’s experience has spanned a broad range of real estate practice areas, she has significant experience in the area of retail real estate, including working with clients on leases, department store agreements, and store buildouts.
Amy is a key real estate advisor to the LVMH group and its fashion, jewelry, watch and beauty brands. In this role, she has developed a deep understanding of, and routinely addresses, issues unique to luxury companies and other retailers.
