Sandy Graham is the chair of the firm’s Hospitality Industry Service Group. He has represented owners, operators and developers of hotels and resorts in the U.S. and abroad for over 25 years.
The principal areas of Mr. Graham’s practice include mergers and acquisitions, securities and banking, venture capital transactions, real estate development, antitrust, international business transactions, representation of national and state trade associations, and hotel development and financing.
Mr. Graham has represented both public and private companies in the purchase and sale of full-service and limited service hotel properties. He has assisted hotel investors and developers with all phases of resort development in Eastern Europe, the Caribbean and the United States. He has counseled both public sector and private sector clients on structuring and financing public-private partnerships involving hotels and convention and parking facilities. His experience also extends to complex financings and refinancings involving hotels, destination resorts and conference and exhibition facilities.
