Mr. Camerson’s practice is devoted to commercial litigation and environmental law. Since entering private practice in 1988, Mr. Camerson has represented clients on a broad array of business and commercial litigation issues. In addition, he has extensive experience in Federal and State regulatory issues involving water, air, solid and hazardous waste, CERCLA/Superfund matters, and other environmental litigation, and has served as common counsel for multiple defendants at several sites. Mr. Camerson also counsels clients on the environmental risks of business transactions, including projects taking advantage of recent Brownfields initiatives.
Mr. Camerson has served as a panelist at several bar conferences and as Director of the Environmental Section of the New Jersey Bar.
