He regularly advises pension funds, developers, lending institutions and institutional investors on a variety of commercial real estate matters and business transactions.
His practice includes acquisitions and sales of office buildings, industrial properties, shopping centers, multifamily projects, mixed-use developments and medical facilities; overseeing national and regional real estate portfolio transactions; purchases and sales of notes and distressed assets; development of real estate; commercial leasing and property management; real estate finance and formation of joint ventures.
Mark was formerly a partner in an international law firm and Vice President and General Counsel of the Houston Rockets.
