Mulrean, Seanna
Seanna practises in corporate and commercial law, specialising in the areas of Projects and Project Finance, Public Procurement and Energy and Natural Resources.
Seanna is a Consultant in the Corporate and Commercial Department. She also has expertise in a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions (in particular cross-border transactions) and advises on commercial contracts.
In Projects and Project Finance Seanna has experience of public private partnerships (PPP) and other PFI-type transactions across several sectors including transport and her experience includes advising in relation to the more recent secondary market transactions in Ireland.
In Energy and Natural Resources, Seanna has worked with clients operating in a number of sectors including the Water and Oil and Gas sectors. She has advised on various projects in this area and her experience includes advising on design and construction contracts, operation and maintenance contracts and heavy plant purchase contracts.
In relation to corporate transactions, Seanna has acted for both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, advised on corporate restructurings and venture capital and private equity investments.
