Ruairí practices in the areas of company and commercial law advising both international and domestic clients. In particular he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, shareholders' agreements, commercial contracts, corporate finance and taxation.
Ruairí has a particular interest in taxation being a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and has advised on various tax driven group reorganisations. Ruairí is also a member of the firm's Energy Unit and has advised on the holding structures for wind farm transactions and other energy projects.
