Tony acts for property developers looking to refurbish and sell or rent, including apartment conversions and subsequent individual sales and leases after establishing a management company. Tony also acts for private clients buying and selling residential property and buy to let purchases.
Tony has experience of acting for individuals and companies in the sale and purchase of commercial properties such as shops and offices. He has also acted for mortgagees in connection with property purchases and has acted for mortgagees alone in secured lending.
Tony was previously involved in the management of another UK North West solicitors practice.
