Josh is a real estate/business transaction attorney whose practice focuses on the representation of commercial lenders and developers, retail franchises and health care companies in the acquisition and disposition, development and leasing of office, industrial and retail projects. Josh has represented commercial lenders and borrowers in the restructuring of troubled credit facilities, deed in lieu of foreclosure transactions and foreclosures of real estate for all types of real estate including most recently multifamily properties, mixed-use developments and condominiums.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, he developed and owned a fee attorney title company under Capital Title, Inc. and worked at another Dallas, Texas based law firm.
Josh has volunteered time as an attorney ad litem for the Dallas Urban Land Bank Demonstration Program, a cooperative effort of The City of Dallas, The Real Estate Council and several other business leaders to convert vacant or abandoned lots into viable and affordable housing for residents.
